Delivery options and charges are shown in your basket and at checkout for your order and address. Check the final charge before placing your order.
Availability and timing
Check each product’s availability. If you need equipment by a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and discuss delivery.
For private customers, we deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made, unless we agree another period with you. See our Terms and Conditions for delivery rights, cancellations and returns.
Help with an order
For a delivery query, send us your order number and postcode. Let us know promptly if a parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, and include photographs where possible. Reporting promptly helps us investigate and does not reduce your legal rights.
