Description
Two-stroke power with stop-and-hold control
The PCW4500 brings Maruyama CER500W two-stroke power to heavier timber movement and recovery work. Its rope brake and centrifugal clutch make it practical to stop, hold tension and continue a pull in stages.
Features and benefits
- Keep the progress you make. The stainless-steel Progress Capture System holds rope tension between pulls, helping prevent rollback.
- Control through the rope. Rope-operated throttle and a centrifugal clutch engage the drum for the pull and leave it stationary at idle.
- Built for field handling. The protective footplate supports placement and starting; the tension bar helps guide rope into the drum.
Rope and use
The manufacturer specifies low-stretch, double-braided polyester rope, 10–13 mm in diameter. Contact the manufacturer before using another rope.
For pulling only; do not use for lifting. Follow the operating instructions for safe setup and load control.
